Take a comfortable posture for this 1-minute meditation. Become aware of your breath. Keep your spine and head erect, Soften your neck and shoulders. Allow your breath to find its natural rhythm. Mentally repeat Om. There is a vibration in OM that arises to the surface. When we are still and quiet we can perceive its constant presence within. Let Om soothe you with Peace.
